I wasn't given an access code. How to I get one for my most recent portrait session?
To request your access code, please e-mail support@expressportraits.net or contact the location your portraits were photographed at via phone.




My Instructions say to choose the location my portraits were photographed at.  Where do I find that link or information?
The instructions you are reading refer to an older version of our online ordering & viewing site. For best results, please e-mail support@expressportraits.net to request that your session be uploaded to our new ordering site. If you prefer to view and order your photos on the old site, please click here to access it.




Help! My access code does not seem to be working, or I've lost my access code. How do I get into my session?
There are several possibilities that might prevent you from accessing your session:

  • You session was before 10/21/09: Your session was uploaded to an older version of our online ordering and viewing site. Please see the question above for access information.

  • Your session has not yet been uploaded: If your session was recent, please keep in mind that it typically takes around two hours for a session to be edited and published to this site. If it has been longer than this amount of time, please e-mail support@expressportraits.net or contact the location your portraits were photographed at via phone.

I've registered and ordered on this system before - but I can't seem to log in.
Your user name is your e-mail address, if you have changed e-mail addresses please log in using the old e-mail address, then click My Info to change your account to the new address. Passwords in our system are CaSe sEnsItiVe, please be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here to have it resent via e-mail. Please note that this system uses a different username and password than our online digital print ordering system.
